Restaurants, shopping, golf and other amenities are all within easy reach. Lazy Susan II stands where the original Lazy Susan stood from 1961 to 1998.  The land has been continuously in the same family since 1960.  Each side of the duplex is a comfortable 4 bedroom home with 3.5 bathrooms in two stories.  It has generous oceanfront windows, porches and decks allowing you to enjoy the sight (and sound) of the ocean from both inside and out. The property has an electric vehicle charger for the use of our guests. Lazy Susan is individually owned but professionally managed by Sunset Vacations.
